Refund and Return Policy

CANCELING AN ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED:

For unshipped orders - maximum 12 hours after placing the order - simply contact us at customersupport@statikco.com with your order number or the email address used during the purchase and your order will be canceled and your money refunded.

Ps: All cancellations are issued manually, so one of our agents will contact you to confirm when the order has been canceled.

For orders in transit to you - If you can, refuse the package when it arrives at your address so that it can be returned to us. If this is not possible, and you receive the package, we will accept the product back at our partner's warehouse: 860 Bonnie Lane, ElkGrove Village, IL 60007. For both methods, it is essential that you contact us via e-mail so that we can advise you and register your return request, then have your refund issued when the package is returned to us.

DEFECTIVE

It is extremely rare for any of our products to be faulty. However, we understand that mistakes do happen, so if you have a problem with your packaging or product, we will send you a replacement free of charge:

  1. Send us an e-mail to customersupport@statikco.com;
  2. Attach a photo or video showing the defect;
  3. Provide the e-mail address you registered with when you bought the device, your first and last name, and the address where you want to buy it;

We do not issue full refunds or accept returns after 60 days of use. All products can be replaced for a period of up to one year from the date of receipt, provided that the defect is duly proven.

RETURN / EXCHANGE - CHANGE OF MIND

If, for whatever reason, you change your mind after receiving your package within the first 60 days, all you have to do is contact us at customersupport@statikco.com so that we can register your return request and advise you on the process. The return will be at the customer's expense, and we will not refund the shipping costs, only the value of the product.

We will ask you to send the product back to us at 860 Bonnie Lane, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007, and send us the appropriate tracking number so that we can issue your refund as soon as the package arrives back to us. Also, please note that we will not accept the return of products that are not in their original condition. In this case, we will send the same product back to you.
Finally, returns that are not communicated in advance by e-mail to our central office will not be accepted.

PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED

We send you a tracking number at the shipping stage to the e-mail address you registered when you placed your order. Our delivery methods can take up to 20 working days. If the item has not arrived after this period or your tracking indicates that your package has been lost. please contact us at customersupport@statikco.com and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If, for any reason, you have received a different product from the one you originally purchased, please contact us at customersupport@statikco.com with a photo of your package and the product you received, and we will send you the correct product AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

GUARANTEE

We at Statik warrant our products against defects in material, workmanship, or workmanship for a period of one year from the original delivery date of the order. Statik does not warrant and is not responsible for any smartphone, headset, accessory, or other device manufactured by anyone other than Statik. If a defect in material, workmanship, or workmanship arises with respect to any Statik product and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will, at our option: (i) replace the Statik product with a new unit of the same product, subject to availability, (ii) issue store credit in the amount of the original purchase of the product in the event of lack of availability of the product, (iii) issue a refund for the original purchase if the product is within the 60-day Warranty Period when the claim is submitted. In the event of a defect, these are the exclusive remedies available to the customer. This Limited Warranty is extended only to the original end customer and will not be extended to any other person or assignee. Any warranty claim must be sent by e-mail to customersupport@statikco.com and include videos or photos clearly showing the defect in the usability of the product.

REFUND PERIOD

All refunds will be made as soon as the order is accepted by our support team, and always to the same payment method you used to place your order. Please note that banks sometimes take 5 to 10 working days to return money to customers after we have processed the refund. We do not accept returns or issue refunds of the original order value after 60 days from the date of receipt. For claims made after this period with the allegation of a product defect, only replacements will be made.
